IMPORTANT – CHANGES TO LAOIS COUNTY REGISTRAR’S MOTIONS AND CASE PROGRESSION COURT DATES AND TIMES
Please note that Laois County Registrar’s sittings in September will be as follows:
Case Progression – Friday 10th of September at 10.30am (Cases currently listed on the 3rd and 8th of September will be rescheduled to this date).
Motions – Friday 17th of September (Cases currently listed on the 13th of September will be rescheduled to this date).
From October onwards Case Progression Courts will take place on the first Friday of each month at 10.30am and Motions Courts will take place on the third Friday of each month at 10.30am.
Motions Court Cases previously listed on the 27th day of September and the 11th of October will be rescheduled to the 15th of October.
Case Progression Cases previously listed on the 13th day of October will be rescheduled to Friday the 5th of November.
Portlaoise Court Office will notify parties to cases in advance where rescheduling is to occur.
In line with a new office direction practitioners are advised to have the original Motion along with the Affidavit of Service filed with this office at least THREE WORKING DAYS before the return date.
